Financial Aid / Scott Smith Scholarships

Jackson Youth Hockey is proud to continue offering need-based financial aid to assist in covering program costs for qualifying families. Financial aid is awarded based on demonstrated need, special circumstances, and overall fund availability.

Coach Scott Smith was instrumental in the formation of Jackson Youth Hockey. We are honored to carry on his legacy through our scholarship program, which reflects his belief in hard work, dedication, and a love for the game.

Financial Aid and/or scholarships for player registration fees will be considered based on the following:

• Availability of funds
• Financial need of the parent(s) and player
• Academic record of the player
• Special personal circumstances
• Number of years with Jackson Youth Hockey
• No outstanding balance from prior seasons

Scholarship requests must be submitted prior to September 1, 2026.
